The Clash of the Masters (Azount Kibeb).
This is the time when All Nations Cup Soccer Tournament starts in the greater Seattle area.
Our own master players registered to this tournament with full enthusiasm. The main rules of this tournament are;
players should be at least 35 years of age and must represent a country or an ethnic community.
Seattle Baro Sports Club contributes 90% of the masters who represent Ethiopians in this tournament at Starfire stadium Tukwila, Washington.
After leading the first half with a goal by Biruk(a.k.a. Cantona), the "Ethiopian Azount" conceded 3 goals to lose 3-1 to Ukrainian team. On the other hand the open Ethiopian team ties with the formidable opponent Bosnian team 0-0.
The Masters(Azount) will play the second and third game on Saturday July 24th . Good luck to both teams.
